We are a well-established resume writing/career coaching firm in New York City. Since 1992, we offer a commitment to our clients and the career industry.

What is the process of resume writing?

Everything we do is personalized to create a custom resume. If you live in the Greater New York area, we can schedule an in-person appointment in our local office in NYC or a telephone consult. During the consultation, we will interview you with regard to your career goals, work history, education, accomplishments and job challenges. Additional materials can be requested. We will research keywords in your industry and for your target job in line with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) which companies use today to screen out candidates. In addition, we will ask you to submit several links to jobs that you are interested in so we can better target your resume.

Once this initial process is completed and the resume is written, we will schedule a pick-up appointment for you to come in person or we will email you the resume for review. You will have a chance to make revisions.

How does payment work?

We require a deposit upon taking on the assignment of writing your resume. If you come in person to pick up your resume, the balance is due. If we email you the resume in its first draft, the balance is due.

You will be assigned an experienced resume writer who will consult with you one-on-one in person or by phone.

What is the time factor in obtaining a completed resume?

Once we have all the documentation returned to us, we typically have a draft within 3-4 days. We also offer rush service for an additional fee.
